There's a post template to encourage logging food consumption and exercise, but I would like for this blog to be an outlet for frustrations as well. I don't think there's ever been a diet that people didn't complain about, and if I'm going to have to stop eating ice cream and start being more active, I certainly want somewhere that I can let off steam without inundating my regular readers with negative entries.
The Official Diet isn't likely to start until after Oerwinde and I move in together, but it will probably consist of a weekly meal plan (i.e.: Meals on Mondays will always be the same, as will Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.) carefully plotted to contain as little fat and as much fiber as possible without sacrificing flavor. And regardless of when The Official Diet starts, it's never too early to start watching what you eat and being conscious of the things you put into your body, whether it's for health reasons or vanity's sake.
